Enabled Journeys ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Enabled Journeys mobile app (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

- Account information — Your name and email address, provided when you create an account or sign in (including through Sign in with Apple).
- Location — Your device's precise location, used to find and show accessibility-friendly places near you. You can control location access in your device settings.
- Content you create — Reviews, ratings, and other content you submit within the App.
- Identifiers — A user ID associated with your account, and a device identifier.
- Purchase information — Records of subscriptions or in-app purchases you make.
- Usage and diagnostic data — How you interact with the App, along with crash and performance data used to keep the App working reliably.
- Advertising data — If you use the free version of the App, limited data may be used to display ads.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the App.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To show you accessibility-friendly places near your location.
- To let you submit and display reviews.
- To process subscriptions and purchases.
- To understand how the App is used and to improve it.
- To display advertising in the free version.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to run the App. These providers may process some of your data on our behalf:
- Google Maps Platform — For place information, reviews, and imagery.
- Supabase — For authentication and data storage.
- RevenueCat — For managing subscriptions and purchases.
- Apple — For Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases.
- Advertising and analytics providers — For ads in the free version and to understand app usage.
Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.
Tracking
Where required, we will ask for your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this choice at any time in your device's privacy settings.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below).
Your Choices
- You can control location access through your device settings.
- You can request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
- You can manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
